The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing our residential construction projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects, from excavation to finishing.
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage and supervise excavation work, ensuring soil stability and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Lead the deployment, scheduling, and maintenance of *heavy equipment and fleet machinery* on site.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design and construction alignment.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate material procurement and manage inventory efficiently.
*Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in *Civil Engineering* (or equivalent technical qualification).
- *15+ years of proven experience* in managing villa or residential building construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in *soil excavation, foundation work, and **heavy equipment/fleet management*.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and site documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Preferred:
- Knowledge of local building laws and municipal regulations.
- Certification in safety and quality management is an advantage.
- Experience in working with multicultural teams and subcontractors.
