Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Fresher or Experience candidate both can apply.
• Should have excellent English communication skills.
• A university/college degree is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience especially is a must, and a minimum of 2.5 years of experience.

Job Profile:
• US Shift - The shift timings are 2030 hrs. to 0530 hrs. IST.
• Inbound Voice – Office Work.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and efficiently resolving inquiries and issues.

Facilities:
• Pick-up drop facility will be provided to candidates.
• Salary – 15,000 To 25,000CTC - Salary depends upon the final interview or process selection. Salary will start only after preliminary voice and accent module clearance.
